With the end of the year looming, we have headed back to Syangja district to run our 6th series of health camps. Starting in the spring of 2013, we have returned every year but one, to bring much needed health care to the rural communities of this area. As per last year we are offering three services with are often neglected by such communities – eyes, dental and women’s health.
The sun is shining, the flow of patients old and young is steady and as usual, the longest line is for eye checks and by midday, 4 people with cataracts ripe enough for surgery had already been identified.
