HQ was happy to provide shelter in the form of their dining and kitchen tents immediately after the earthquake to a partner community on the SE edge of the Kathmandu Valley.
The tents were distributed by the community members for use by those families who are unable to return to their homes due to severe earthquake damage.
The large blue tent is likely to be the first home for a new born baby, as the family’s traditional style home is unfit for habitation. So glad to be able to provide shelter for the most vulnerable.
